We do it differently - Revolutionary Telehealth services

Do you live rurally or remotely where there is inadequate access to speech pathology services?

Or do you prefer to attend online appointments in the comfort of your own home?

Gain equal access to our innovative service with our online platform – no matter where you live!

It's super easy to use!

Healthcare is a human right. No one should be denied rehabilitation because of their geographical location or personal circumstances. Telehealth empowers our clients to access the services that they need, anytime, anywhere in Australia.

As an innovative practice, we are the experts in using technology for healthcare. We make videoconferencing simple and user-friendly for our clients to access therapy as easy as possible. All you need is a laptop, tablet or phone, plus stable internet connection. We can also trial the technology with you beforehand so that you know what to expect.

Plus, research has found that telehealth is proven to be as effective as in-person therapy!

Who can do telehealth?

Anyone who needs it! Overall, research has found that telehealth is proven to be as effective as in-person therapy. There is a lot of evidence to suggest adults with acquired brain injuries, progressive neurodegenerative diseases and developmental disabilities can benefit from online therapy. We also have experience in handling some of the trickiest cases online, such as vital dysphagia and AAC services (e.g. speech generating device) to people who live far from clinics, are mobility impaired and unable to travel.

After all, telehealth is a unique experience, and we are able to adapt our therapy to fit an online modality.

We believe that telehealth is a twofold solution. In the short term, it can clearly be an important response to challenges created by the COVID-19 pandemic. And in the long term, it can be a solution to several long-standing barriers to service provision to the underserved population, especially those in rural and remote communities.
